Young campers present a problem

Camp officials today again addressed the problem of the generational issues facing camp.

"Clearly, the maturity of young campers was identified early as an issue for run camp," said Tessa Emenheiser, Camp Admissions Coordinator, "but we felt we were in a bind because so many of the young campers were the sons and daughters of established participants in our program. It's pretty obvious we didn't think through the implications of what we might best describe as 'young love.'

Emenheiser formed the "Don't Kiss, Do Tell" Task Force, which will issue a report in mid-March.
